Inclusion are pleased to confirm retaining our Customer Service Excellence Accreditation at a high level.

The assessor spent 2 days with both Head Office and Operations Teams.  Some great points of acknowledgement came out of the report, such as:

“Inclusion Housing put the customer at the very heart of their organisation which is demonstrated in their policies, procedures and management information, and also in the behaviour and motivation of all the staff members.

It is clear that the Managing Agents build up excellent relationships with their tenants and create a sense of mutual trust and respect.”

We will continue to learn and develop from the feedback we have received.

A huge thanks to all our staff teams hard work, commitment and continued support in our quest to achieve and maintain Customer Service excellence!
