Park Place was developed as a purpose-built step-down service, enabling 12 in-patients with physical or emotional conditions to adjust to living independently again – with the level of care and support that they individually require.
The apartments have been fitted with assistive technology specific to each user’s needs, with a modern feel, quality finish and a communal courtyard. The ideal solution to the needs of the residents given the scheme is also close to local amenities with great transport links.
