Inclusion Housing are pleased to share the results of our recent Customer Service Excellence Accreditation which was undertaken on 2nd December 2020.
For the first time ever we have not only achieved the accreditation, we have also been awarded Compliance Plus level in recognition of our “corporate commitment to putting the customer at the heart of service delivery”, and because “leaders in our organisation actively support this and advocate for customers”.
