Sarah Waters joined us in November 2010. Before joining our team, Sarah was the CEO of a non-profit housing organisation specialising in supported living for vulnerable adults.

As a result, Sarah has 14 years’ high-level experience of the specialist supported housing sector. Expertise ranges from negotiating nominations agreements and leasing arrangements with commissioning and funding partners, dealing with housing benefit exempt accommodation negotiations and project management of new business from inception to occupancy.

Sarah is a central figure to our business and helps to shape and implement our evolving systems, policies and procedures.
